Just an FYI, our issue was that we didn't have a date in the px_date field. If you used the SCIHLS code for oracle and didn't change it, the procedure date ended up in the admit_date field and the px_date was left null. We shifted our dates around and were able to re-run and re-submit.
I'm waiting to hear back from PCORI with regard to the "static" dataset, but figured it was a good solution. I kept the old version of the data, just in case it's needed. Over the weekend Jane Anau from Group Health sent messages to the GPC data marts participating in the Bariatric study indicating they didn't submit query results by the deadline on 8/18. There is still time to submit before the end of the month as indicated in the letter. For those of you affected would you like to reserve the Tuesday time slot to discuss issues with the Bariatric Study? jm _____________________________________ James McClay, MD, MS, FACEP Associate Professor, Emergency Medicine University of Nebraska Medical Center [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> The information in this e-mail may be privileged and confidential, intended only for the use of the addressee(s) above.
