Let's get going on ALS data integration today so the investigators can have
something for the LEC<http://www.gpcnetwork.org/?q=2016LEC> 13-14 Oct.
Come to today's meeting with either
* access to data to work with during the meeting
* your i2b2 / EMR data and
* ALS REDCap project at your site
* ideally, do steps 1 and 2 below before today's meeting
* your calendar so you can make an appointment for later this week

Summary of the process:
1. Make working copy of your site's ALS survey project
2. Copy record_id->MRN mapping
3. Build and run EMR demographics query
4. Copy EMR data into REDCap working copy
5. Convert MM/YYYY survey dates
6. Scrub PHI from free-text fields
7. Export de-identified survey+EMR data
8. Upload using the REDCap data import module for the ALS REDCap
