Great. I've shared on ticket #273. I can distribute the data dictionary through 
internal avenues, too, if this post doesn't get to all necessary members.


I would like to add that the data collection instruments can be modified for 
tracking however sites see fit. DCRI isn't asking for much cohort monitoring, 
so it is more for study team management and coordination of invitations to 
eligible patients.

 I have a REDCap project developed for ADAPTABLE tracking by Vanderbilt
 that I modified for use at Iowa.

 I am planning on providing the data dictionary to study team members, but
 am waiting for approval given by Vanderbilt. I'll f/u again with them
 today.
