At KUMC, we're testing a fix for a problem correlating flowsheet
observations with encounters.
When we ran the beta cycle 2 code (#530), **Table IIID. Encounters Per
Visit and Per Patient** showed 2.17 encounters per visit. Some
investigation confirmed that we're making patient-day encounters for
flowsheet days without rolling them up into hospital visits. The HERON ETL
fix we're testing is:
