Russ,

As far as I can tell, this is consistent with current gpc-dev plans
(#459<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/459>) to use the
SCILHS / PCORnet ontology in SHRINE. The main impact seems to be for sites with
PCORnet CDM datamarts that don't have i2b2.

Are there next steps that you would you like to see gpc-dev take in response to
this?

Or should we just take it as FYI?

Amazing job Keith, Rachel, Jeff and Shawn,
Lots of work coming together this Fall.

As I think about this, overlaying i2b2 on the CDM is a game changer in that it
solves the i2b2 path unification problem. Look forward to further discussion
of where we might pilot this with DSA and a common SHRINE would also allows us
to integrate PPRNs quickly into interactive querying with the CDRNs.

Ah, Andrea, ignore what I just sent 10 min ago. But use the attached instead of
Shawn’s, it has a version of the CDM table diagram without red circles.

Hi all,

Yes, the Data Committee updates are split into two parts. Rachel Hess is going
to be presenting on the CDM survey results. The slides for that part are
attached, Andrea.

Thanks,
Ania
