Hi, The ALS group is seeking the total number of patients that met the ALS cohort search criteria at each institution. They already know the subsets of the number of surveys sent and the number of responses.
Can each site that participated in the ALS survey send the number of patients provided to the ALS study coordinators? This is the number of patients pulled from the cohort query and presented to the ALS study coordinator.
