Hi Maryan,
Ccing GPC-DEV and the data committee. I think we do have sites in GPCworking
in the HL7/FHIR and definitely across PCORnet space but not sure about
bluebutton parts.

We would solve that stated use case, I think most would use their existing data
infrastructure and EMRs/patient portals. The larger issue would be the IRB
regulatory concerns around patient and provider contact and likely less a
technology issue.

Subject: patient side matching

Hi Russ and Steve,

Do you have any knowledge of work being done in this area within PCORnet? Your
Network?

"Patient-side matching: Utilize the BlueButton API using FHIR, plus any other
data sources such as the NCI clinical trials API, to create a service that
would alert a patient, caregiver, or provider when a patient is eligible for a
clinical trial within a designated distance based on the patient's demographic
and clinical information."

Thanks,
