Thanks Lesley! And thank you for the extended submission to January 6th We had a couple sites who said they had technical snags with PopMedNet but others who I didn’t hear from wrt our not approved. I am ccing those PIs along with the dev group of their technical teams. I am hopeful this Jan 6th reprieve will accommodate the 4 sites not approved.
Bob and Laurel et al (Marshfield): I don’t know that I ever heard what the final status was at Marshfield beyond you hit a snag with your freshest data. Did it go in? ETA on a correct submission? Lindsay and Phillip et al(UTSW): was this the meds hang up that should now be fixed over the weekend? Bill and Tony et al (Indiana): was this due to the popmednet issue (“ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor”)? Are we good now? Betsy and Nick et al (Iowa): was this due the popmednet issue or something else? Russ From: Lesley Curtis [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, December 21, 2016 8:14 AM To: [email protected]; [email protected] Cc: Adrian Hernandez, M.D.; Lauren Cohen; Darcy Louzao, Ph.D. Subject: [PCORnet CDRN PIs] Cycle 2 data characterization update All, Thank you for the hard work that you and your partners have put into the Data Characterization Cycle 2 response. About 75% of DataMarts responded by the deadline and were approved – this is a significant increase from Cycle 1 and exemplifies how the Network continues to improve. A full listing of each DataMart’s status can be found here: https://pcornet.imeetcentral.com/drnoc-workgroups/folder/WzIwLDcwNjQ0ODhd/WzIsNDg2MTQyNzJd/. For DataMarts that did not pass or did not submit results by the December 16th deadline, we are extending submission to January 6, 2017. The DRN OC technical liaisons will be in contact with your teams to suggest external resources that may be useful in trouble-shooting errors. Please ensure that these DataMarts complete all of the following steps in order to be approved: * Respond to the new data characterization package sent to them by Alli Haufler on December 21st by 5pm EST January 6, 2017. * Make sure there are no data check exceptions to the required data checks. This means there should be no red font on the 3rd page of the EDC. * Review the log files for errors and warnings. In general, those indicate a technical error that needs to be corrected. Please refer to the known exceptions:https://pcornet.imeetcentral.com/drnoc-workgroups/folder/WzIwLDcwNjQ0ODhd/WzIsNDg3MDE4MTZd/ * Complete the ETL ADD in REDCap. * Update the refresh number to the “r00X” number that is part of the query. * In addition to completing the general questions, please provide explanations for all investigative data checks that were triggered (i.e. the data checks on page 3 of the EDC that have “yes” in blue font).
