I'd like to see some queries we could use to test that our i2b2 node is aligned with the SCILHS / SNOW ontology. Starting with demographics, then diagnoses, and on to complex stuff such as medication modifiers.
The i2b2 XML form along with the print query (query report?) HTML format would be most useful. Or if it's straightforward to put them on babel, that would work fine. I might be able to cook some up, but since I don't actually have a working SNOW node on site yet, I would be shooting in the dark a bit. -- Dan
