Hi gpc-dev, Laurel from MCRF had a question earlier about how to ship the file to GDIT and how to indicate in the package that the data is from a specific site. I thought it is worth double checking with them. I had a quick call with GDIT team who reviewed KUMC's finder file before. They suggested all sites include a letter addressed to GDIT in the package referencing their site's name and the DUA # RSCH-2016-50354. If anyone has any questions about how to name the file, KUMC named ours KUMCFinderFile. We used 7-zip to encrypt the file and used http://passwordsgenerator.net/ to generate the random password as per the password requirements in the document. Once you finalize the finder file please securely save the password. Email the password to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> referring your site's name in the email.
