Yes. I had the same issue. My first row ended in a carriage return CR and the
second row in carriage return line feed CRLF. So in notepad++ i did an
extended find replace \r\n with nothing. Then i replaced the \r with \r\n. Then
saved.

I am on a Windows machine. From the command prompt I input:
python obfuscate.py < UNMC_GROUSE_IDENTIFIED.csv > UNMC_GROUSE_HASHED.csv

The resulting csv had a blank row following each data row. Should this be the
case? If not, any recommendations on resolving the issue?

I have checked with GDIT. Finder file can be sent in a CD/Flash drive/Hard
drive.

Thanks

Subject: FINDER media

Hi,

I'm looking over the documentation and I see the encryption requirements,

software options, password and shipping requirements, but I don't see

a media specification.

Does it matter if it's on a flash drive or CD?

Which media are we supposed to be sending it on?
