I noticed the significant lag as well, and it turns out it's on KUMC's end. IR is working to address it.

(Close to half way there) To complete your SNOW SHRINE install for this on-boarding phase, please schedule time with me at your earliest convenience for SHRINE 1.20.1 verification to ensure your SHRINE configuration is complete. This step should be done using the demo ontology. Standing up a new server and getting ports opened up has been time consuming for some. As you already know, the test hub is on 1.19.2 and the production hub is on 1.20.1. Once we get all 12 GPC organizations on-boarded for SNOW SHRINE, we'll have both the test hub and a production hub on SHRINE version 1.20.1. So if you're doing any maintenance on your server in the future after this on-boarding phase, we might plan to quarantine your spoke to the test hub to avoid issues in our production environment with your "contagious spoke" (aka under maintenance), if your site chose to only build one server.
