Hi,

At UNMC we are installing Shrine Spoke. Our current status is that our spoke is
running but using demo data using POSTGRES.

Now we are trying to install our clinical data into an Oracle database on a
CENTOS machine.

We have been working with Keith Wanta to create tables and configure the web
client to access Oracle database.

Keith is out of office this week, We are hoping someone to guide us through
this process.

Keith pointed us to SHRINE 1.19.2 configuration script files for Linux,
specifically
https://open.med.harvard.edu/svn/shrine/releases/1.19.2/code/install/i2b2-1.7/

We have attempted to execute these, without success at the moment. We are
hoping there is someone who has gone through
this that can help us move forward.

Thanks,

Jay Pedersen, M.A.
