In followup of Hackathon 5, I have uploaded revised GUIDELINES workplan
and proposal for version control and SNOW SHRINE metadata maintenance to
this ticket #608. I would appreciate comment on the version control
planning from MCW, UW, MCRF, UTSW, UTSA, Indiana and KU who indicated
interest in expanded metadata at Hackathon
