UNMC uses the LOINC preferred language code: LOINC 54899-0 is Preferred
Language.
(i.e. Ukrainian LOINC 54899:UKR)
the letters after the colon is a value set we're trying to find.
the CDM uses ISO 639-2
(https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php)
Epic seems to have its own version (and by the way spq=spanish to EPIC)
