All, The GPC received a feasibility request from Dr. Neena Sharma (DROC request #36). The queries are located on Babel at Shared\LSS Pilot Query. Sravani Chandaka has written SQL to run against CDM tables to provide counts. For the Meds information, she added i2b2 tables into the scripts. See attached document for additional information, and contact Sravani with questions regarding the queries.
Submit counts via this survey<https://redcap.gpcnetwork.org/surveys/?s=9AY3KMPLCT>. This survey also includes yes/no questions about the availability of physical therapy data at each site. Dr. Sharma plans to submit grant applications including these data types and would like to get a sense of which institutions, if any, have this data.
