After extensive investigation by KUMC team, Prof. James Campbell & NU team
it was decided to '''remove insurance information from ENCOUNTER table'''.
Insurance information will be extracted for each patient (not each
encounter!) form clarity.COVERAGE_MEM_LIST (in Epic). For each patient
following elements will be collected:
'''PATID, Insurance, MEM_EFF_FROM_DATE, MEM_EFF_TO_DATE'''
Those '''will be added to ENROLLMENT table'''.
