I’ve got the SQL Code and have created the i2b2 views for our CDM. Haven’t
gotten beyond that but if anyone else wants to work on it.

From Jeff Klann:

https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-utils/tree/master/i2b2_on_PCORnet
Also a demo version in Docker:
https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-utils/wiki/Install-dockerized-i2b2-on-PCORnet

If you get to working on it, I haven’t implemented all the modifiers or the new
tables since CDM 3.1, so would love to see a pull request!

Subject: toward i2b2 on PCORNet CDM

At
HackathonSix<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/HackathonSix>,
 a couple sites have PCORNet CDM datamarts but not i2b2 yet.

I dug up my notes on the topic; here you go:

  *   Our paper<https://doi.org/10.1093/jamia/ocy093> about running i2b2 on
PCORnet and OMOP
  *   A dockerized
demo<https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-utils/wiki/Install-dockerized-i2b2-on-PCORnet>
 of this we showed at AMIA last fall
  *   Our Github
repository<https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-utils/tree/master/i2b2_on_PCORnet>.
 Note that the documentation needs some work, would be happy to have your help!
