  Hackathon6 discussion converged on NOT deploying SNOW SHRINE hub for GPC
 given Wisconsin departure but UNMC will continue to promote convergence of
 metadata maintenance with ACT network given the number of GPC sites which
 will be participating in that SHRINE network.
