Yes, this looks like a good discussion. I look forward to it. And yes, Jan 29
(11am central as usual) should work, presuming Russ, Maren, and Song are
available. (If not, we'll let you know.)

The rules for releasing data are reasonably settled, though I don't know how
easy it is to find them. Oh... we do have a GROUSE
Request<https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=7XRWJKWARN> REDCap survey that we
use when an investigator wants to take data out of the GROUSE environment. It's
reasonably succinct, except that it has a link to "relevant GROUSE policies"
that goes to
https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/GROUSE#Agreements , i.e.
hundreds of pages of agreements. The form is only expected to be used by
investigators who are approved to use GROUSE and have been trained. Reviewing
our internal training process documentation, it looks like the GROUSE Executive
Summary is the main thing new investigators are expected to read. (The rest is
normal human subjects training and "I won't share my password" sort of stuff.)

Subject: OneFL team join a call?

Hi there,
A few of us at OneFL are interested in joining one of your calls, to learn a
little more about use/reuse/sharing of ResDAC data with investigators from your
partner sites. We are submitting for general Medicare data for the first time
(we have been through ResDAC submission before) and have used some of your
language as our model. However our Data Trust team wanted to learn a little
more about your process for approving investigator use of the data, whether you
can release data and in what form, etc.
Is that a good use of meeting time? If not, please let us know what would be
better. I do have the link to your wiki and we will do our best to learn as
much as we can before the call. Is Jan 29 a possibility?
Thanks,
Katie
