Hi, At UNMC, we are porting from our Oracle database to MS-SQL Server.
I am curious how other sites using MS SQL-Server are indexing the OBSERVATION_FACT table. Can anyone send me the DDL used to create and index the OBSERVATION_FACT table that you are using? Any comments on performance of processing the table, especially when it becomes very large (e.g.upwards of one billion rows).
