SNOMED CT(Clinical findings, Events and Situations) to ICD-10-CM rule-based map 
is supported and published by NLM through UMLS Knowledge Server.

SNOMED CT(Clinical findings, Events and Situations) to ICD-10 rules-based map 
is supported by the IHTSDO and published in RF2 format available from NLM KS.

SNOMED CT(Clinical findings, Events and Situations) to ICD-9-CM legacy map is 
published and maintained by IHTSDO and is available as RF2 release from NLM 
SNOMED download.

Nebraska has Mapping from SNOMED CT(Observable entities) to clinical and lab 
LOINC codes in use in GPC EHRs.  We are using it to build our LOINC-on-OWL 
ontology that will be the basis for i2b2 metadata that we will maintain.
