Ah yes I was under the impression we could run queries of our data and get back
counts on babel. Makes sense now.
Thanks,
Brian

You can get some site-level aggregate data by browsing the terms and looking at
the counts there.

But there is no patient data of any sort on babel. Any query you run will give
0 results (or errors or something).
But you can take that query and put it in a shared folder for someone else to
run at their site.

What are you trying to do?

Have you considered using ACT SHRINE?

Is there a tutorial that demonstrates how to use Babel to return site-level
aggregate data?

Brian

The password request button at the top takes you to a page that says "To get a
babel account, contact one of the account
representatives<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/lV79CR605DurpgWZC9wmjK?domain=babel.gpcnetwork.org>
(e.g. from your site)." I recently cleaned up the site account reps as part of
HackathonSeven<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/bK1yCVOk0KFlEPyQtzUYfZ?domain=informatics.gpcnetwork.org>
prep; Nick used to be the UIOWA site rep. I'm adding you in his place...

Now you should be able to give out accounts by using the site rep admin page:
https://babel.gpcnetwork.org/cgi-bin/babelaccess.py/rep_admin<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/KGKrCW6ljXujQyqoCKz4fL?domain=babel.gpcnetwork.org>

The thing is a little wonky; granting an account is separate from issuing a
password, which you do by doing an account reset on their behalf:
https://babel.gpcnetwork.org/cgi-bin/babelaccess.py/<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/MXz5CXD0k2IngMKrCkJy_1?domain=babel.gpcnetwork.org>

I can give a demo on Tuesday if it's still not clear.
