As a first time Grouse uploader, let me ask..
1. I know you prefer dmp files, but unfortunately those will take more effort
on our side, since I don't have rights to create them. Are "|" delimited txt
files OK instead?
2. Are there specific CDM tables you are looking for, or all of them? Suspect
all them.
3. Are there specific I2B2 tables you are looking for? I suspect
OBSERVATION_FACT, PATIENT_DIMENSION, and VISIT_DIMENSION. I'll send the latest
ACT I2B2, since this is most easily integrated.
4. How/where do I send everything?
5. We don't date shift, so I guess the cross walk table would just have the
patient_num and the patient_hash?

Thanks.
Reid

Comment (by dconnolly):

Song, did you omit the EDC report on purpose? See #744 for example:

 1. i2b2 Datamart
 2. PCORnet CDM Datamart
 3. Cross walk: patient_num, date_shift, birth_date, patient_num_hash
 [see #597]
 4. EDC report

Also: I wonder about a 31 Jan expected delivery date with noone assigned.
I take it you are requesting the data by then, Song? Reid, does 31 Jan look
feasible?
