Hi Jim, Have you looked at the vocabulary files that OHDSI/OMOP has made available? OHDSI has a downloadable version of the CPT4 and HCPCS vocabulary on their Athena website. The last update to their CPT4 vocabulary was May 6th, 2019 and the HCPCS vocabulary was updated August 6th, 2018. Files can be downloaded here: http://athena.ohdsi.org/vocabulary/list
