Hi everyone,
You just received Sarah's notes from our meeting this week, so I won't repeat
many details here.
Please:

1. Complete the LEC availability survey and ask your patient partner to
do the same. https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=KNJMHMTE7L

2. Review the ADAPTABLE patient letter (ideally with your site patient
partner) and get suggestions and comments back to me ASAP.
Just a quick note to clarify this request. Besides your site GPC PI, the
ADAPTABLE trial has engaged other faculty to serve as site project PIs (in our
case, I referred to Dr. Kamal Gupta). If or how you chose to engaged your site
project PIs is entirely up to you - you know your local conditions best and to
what degree they've been involved in the study to this point. All of the GPC
PIs will be aware of our input/suggestions through their leadership group.

3. Send your headshot and bioblurb to Sarah by March 4. We haven't
confirmed that the site is protected from public access - we'll let you know as
soon as we have a solution to this, but if your patient partner is OK with it,
we'd be happy to include their pictures and info as well.

4. If anyone would like to join us in planning the agenda for the first
few Patient Advisory Council online/conference call meetings, we would love to
include you. Please reply directly to Sarah and we'll set up a few short calls
to work on this together. [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.

Have a great weekend!
Thanks,
Kim
