Subject: [External] RE: Update: PCORnet CDC COVID Data Curation Query

Hi All,

Apologies for the many emails today. We have been getting quite a few
questions regarding the "04_run_edc_report.sas" file and how to populate the
file paths.

Please enter the current package's path for both ppath (previous path) and
qpath (current path) in order to avoid errors around Data Persistence checks.

Thank you,
Bridget

Subject: Update: PCORnet CDC COVID Data Curation Query

Hello All,

The Data curation package (PROD_P02_DQA_FDPRO_DCQ_NSD_q600_v01) to characterize
the data in COVID -19 Common Data Model (CDM) v6.0 has been released with a due
date of 4/2/2021.

The purpose of the Data Curation Query Package v6.00 is to characterize the
data in COVID -19 Common Data Model (CDM) v6.0. This package examines all 23
tables. The package consists of the Potential Code Errors query, a Data
Curation query and an Empirical Data Curation Report which summarizes key
information from the query output and evaluates the results against PCORnet's
Data Check v9. Output tables will be produced by running SAS programs against
static local DataMarts in PCORnet CDM v6.0 with SAS data types.

This is the standard data curation package with the intention of confirming
that the more frequently updated CDM for the COVID projects meets the standard
data checks

Query results will be used to ensure a foundational level of data quality
across the networks. Sites are approved if they pass all the required data
checks.

Please note, that sites DO NOT have to complete the ETL ADD for this data
curation package.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Bridget
