Hi, We're considering updating our PCORNET ontology tables so I wanted to verify a few things. 1. Is v4.1a the latest version of arch_ontology? 2. Does the source code here<https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-ontology/releases/tag/v4.1a> contain all that is needed to create all the ontology tables from scratch and populate them? 3. I noticed that create_oracle_metadata_tables.sql has "PCORI_SPECIMEN_SOURCE" as the last column while PCORNET_LAB.TXT has "OMOP_SOURCECODE" as its last header column. Was that column renamed, replaced? 4. We may update only the PCORNET_LAB table depending on time constraints given the upcoming curation deadline. * I noticed that PCORNET_LAB.TXT has 5021 rows compared to our latest PCORNET_LAB table which has only 2686 rows. Did the number of mappings really almost double or am I missing something? * Am I correct to assume that each ontology is independent of the other? i.e. is it safe to load only the lab ontologies - since labs are where most of our failed data checks are happening.
