To be fair, HCN support has been steadily improving for a number of
years, although still nowhere near the quality of Totalcare or Genie.
If you can get past level 1 they are certainly much better than IBA.
Totalcare have the same attitude with their support. Satisfaction
of the
customer comes first.

cheaper than Practix too!
