This is fabulous news Andrew.

Can I add two things to the list?

   1. Automatic uploads into EHR *with retention of comment by accepting
      doctor*. (That is a comment is made by the doctor who authorises
      the acceptance of the data into the EHR and this comment with the
      date and time is readily accessible from the document. e.g. as per
      the current Results and Documents modules)
   2. Retain the ability to search for text strings across all document
      formats. This currently occurs with RTF, would be easy with HTML
      and probably doable with PDF.
