Yes, I worked in IT for IPN but left when Monet was imposed. It was very crap then - VB front end on MSSQL, buggy, poor workflow. They've had three years to sort it out and from what I've heard it's not a lot better. Monet was not chosen because it was the best software (which is what the doctors were told), IPN actually had no choice, it's what the judge told them to do, they were leaning towards standardising on MSS up until then.
