Yes, I have been relatively unhappy with most settings too and was blaming
it on lack of qos on router!

Siphone defaults to 729 despite what you put in the settings for the

I can run alaw (or mulaw) on my broadband if I can find a suitable
provider. But will it pass the SIL test?
