Has HC been formally abandoned? I have been OS and missed some of the news.

South Africa, Italy and France proved pretty primitive.

Singapore, Jakarta and KL were fabulous in terms of connectivity. The people
in Asia are much more advanced and proactive.

HealthConnect was always doomed to failure. As we said at the time if
you were a public servant seconded to HC, you should do everything in
your power to get out. It'd be like working for the Australian Wheat
Board or being a police officer investigating racist behaviour in
Sydney. You wouldn't want to be rostered on, standing in the breeze when
the shit hits the fan.

David, as Kuangie would say, was yours a "bottoms up" approach - small
doable projects that would build on each other? Is your document
publically available?

David
