Oh, and I forgot, make sure that neither the server mainboard or video card have those small failure-prone fans. ATI X-300 cards from Gigabyte have a nice, large passive heat sink. All the latest Antec SOHO server cases have 12CM fans at the rear and the provision for 8 cm fans over the VGA card and the hard drives at the front, as well as a dust filter.
The 4CM fans on video cards and mainboards fail frequently with nasty results.
