What...webservices?? I dont think they could have done it the NEHTA way seeing as no one knows what that exactly is yet. And web services is so vague... Setting up a "webservice" is relatively trivial. Making it interoperate is not. Im pretty sure Healthlink dont much want to interoperate... Please correct me if Im wrong..Do they have available specs on how to send something into their network? ??
