Yes, we would append a webservices capability to Argus, thereby
providing a seamless upgrade path, and ongoing support for those users
who choose to stick with POP/SMTP.
At this stage (negotiations are ongoing with our sponsors) the code will
probably be GPLed, but we cannot commit at this stage.
