I have been looking at v2.4 ref message formats but it seems to have a permanent "Draft" status. 2.3.1 is fine but the payload is still just text. Tony likes plain ASCII because he can search it better. I like RTF because it looks better. Any other format cannot be displayed natively by Medical Director and hence cannot be seen by 90% of your target audience. I remain impressed that the Northern Territory hospital system is that far ahead of the curve.
