Ian,
There are 2 that I have used. First a micromedical which was quite
good. It used to inferface with MD. I no longer use MD however
We have now swapped our Cardiology practice over to a Norav system that
allows central storage and retrieval. We have 6 installed and also use
the Norav stress system.
Duncan,
I set one up for GP last year. You don't find the NORAV software itself
a bit clunky? The GP in question says that it highlights the wrong lead,
apparently. I don't understand ECG technology. Also the company support
seemed very amateurish.
Also the link to MD needs to be re-created each time it is updated. The
details of the workaround are at the practice and escape me at present,
though HCN support knew what to do.
despite all this he uses it in one consulting room, and the results are
viewable on the other PCs in the practice, which is where the problem
with the MD upgrades occurs. Oh, and the BPs entered don't seem to
remain viewable when the ECG is re-opened.
