So the practice manager and I had this conversation just a few hours earlier 
than Oliver. I didn't want the Aged Care Nurse emailing me on my 'private' 
address rather than the practice address because I wasn't even there, and I 
wouldn't have read the email.
And then, I want clinical stuff to come in encrypted, which is proving a 
difficult thing to explain to secretaries etc.
