No problem, since you can install almost any Linux software you like on that 
device (respecting memory constraints), and that definitely includes 
portknockd

Nobody really cares what Linksys chooses to preinstall or not - especially not 
since some idiots in their management managed to upset the whole FOSS 
community by switching over to a proprietary system in the 5th generation of 
their device (http://www.dd-wrt.org/ fixed them up quickly though)
