In the past I have had an email conversation with them on the subject of schools collecting mediscare numbers - as this is not a legal thing to do with a strict interpretation of the law, and no place will refuse a child treatment because they don't have a 'number' - they will issue an account instead. yes, there was someone there, but they may staff the office in the middle of the night
