Hi Oliver, the honeymoon was great, we couldn't believe how everything fell into place and we had such a great time.
Lovely.
The term "analytics" is used by us to mean all forms of analysis of data and a particular form of it is OLAP -Online Analytical Processing. This is a software system that sits on top of your database and allows you to extract cross-tabulations of data without needing to know a database retreival langauge like SQL. Plus it will have lots of graphing functions and other forms of visualisations. One way of thinking of it could be to say it makes your database behave more like it was spreadsheet.
I like it.
We are still desparately in need of data.
I know that some of us on this list have sent you the texts of some of my consultations. Are you looking for more, or is it some other kind(s) of data that you need?
