Couldn't agree more - I hope the lecherous turd (wonder if I can prove that in court) that is passing on these emails sends a few more.
What should have been an opportunity to improve customer's perception of their business has just resulted in the very thing they are trying to avoid - a bad reputation.
A note on deleting from the archives - it has been decided that archived posts will be deleted in these circumstances only:
An emailed request from the author of the post to me, requesting that a particular message should be deleted, referencing the Message-Id header (view full headers in your email client to find the Message-Id).
The author's identity will be verified by return email. The message will then have it's contents removed from the archive, but it's headers (including the author and title) will remain intact so as not to mess up the database.
This will be done when I have the time to do it - as a few of you know I'm not always getting all my work done and list administration should take a lower priority. If you are impending legal danger let me know and I'll get to it as soon as I can.
It is my intention that a post will never be deleted at the request of anyone but it's author. I hope Horst and I can count on all of your support should we be called on to defend this stance.
regards, Peter. _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
