The "Subscription Terms and Conditions", included among other terms and conditions on our website, do not apply to individual purchases, only to promotional three-year subscription offers which we occasionally advertise on our website.

Thanks for your offer regarding forwarding the information to other email lists - that would be appreciated.

Thanks for your other suggestion - nobody had suggested there was any confusion or problem before a couple of days ago but, given all the flak that's been flying, I'll certainly have a look at whether some clarification could help.

I was under the impression that the 3 years minimum subscription applied to 
all products purchased after clicking the "I agree" button on the checkout 
page. Maye you want to add a clarifying comment on your web page to avoid 
such misunderstandings in the future?
