I distinctly remember one of my tutors in 3rd year medicine, Dr Tony X. 
Breslin, a very good respiratory physician, telling us over and over and over 
again: "More mistakes are made by not looking than not knowing."

Rather good advice, but I don't think that Webcams were what he meant by 
"looking" - it was getting the patient to disrobe and having a good old poke, 
prod, tap and listen with the tubes.

Hmmm, I'd hope that erectile dysfunction isn't managed entirely online - surely 
a thorough assessment for vascular disease and risk factors for same is needed 
rather early on, before any treatment is  prescribed? Difficult to do such 
assessments online?
