I disagree. He'd rather be playing World of Warcraft. He has heard of Exchange Server and thinks it's what runs at Bigpond to provide his e- mail to Outlook Express, which is virus checked by Norton's on his Dell computer.

The aforementioned lady is probably a safer contact.
