Yes, there is a problem. I suppose it is not with us though. 
I did not get this mail via the gpcg list, but via several other lists via 
similarly spoofed headers

These archives are publicly accessible

It has become custom of spambots to harvest addresses *per mailing list* and 
send them spam with headers suggesting that a spam mail is originating from 
that mailing list 

You can defend yourself easily: set your mail filters to reject all mail with 
the gpcg list id that is not originating from the ozdocit.org mail server
