We've got one of those Java based ones running on a workstation which isn't 
used all day, but is used intermittently for scanning.
Scanning + Java based client => BSOD.
So now the girls shut down the download while they scan and start ti when they 
are finished. 
Wouldn't be tolerable on a server.
