Not by choice, but by lack of alternatives. When we discuss it in our division, there are always one or two who are happy with their software regardless what it is. Really enthusiastic is only one (he is using Genie). The rest is entangled in different phases of disappointment or frustration. I would say the industry at large is in fact doing a very poor job. Especially the "mainstream" ones. People are just locked in by lack of easy import/export features and better alternatives, that's all.
