then you need the appointment system we use.
difficult to set up as it is complex, but no trouble to the reception staff
if you say the appointment is for a simple injection it makes it 5 min
if you say it is for a complex injection (like a 12 month immunisation) you
get 15 min. ECG set size etc
and the psychiatrist has 30 min and 60 min appointments; the real doctors 10
and 15 minutes appointments or a combo (eg 5 per hour)
it is just a case of using a database imaginatively but it is live with 7 to
9
different booking columns - doctors, nurses, etc.
